- Spanish superlatives are very similar to the comparative forms, except that you add the definite article (el, la, los, las) or a possessive ajective(mi, tu, etc.)

COMPARATIVE
Quiero ver un departe más peligroso.
I want to watch a more dangerous sport

SUPERLATIVE
Quiero ver el deporte más peligroso del mundo
I want to watch the most dangerous sport in the world.
*Éste es mi jejor amigo(This is my best friend.)

- After a superlative, use de to translate in.
Luis es el studiante más inteligente de la clase.
Luis is the most intellegent student in the class.

- Another way is to form an absolute superlative by adding  -ísimo to the basic adjective. This often has the force in English of ever so ..... or extremely.

Luisa es quapísima.     Luisa is ever so good-looking.
Este pueblo es feísimo.    This little town is extrememly ugly.

You will have to watch your spelling rules.
  rico - riquísimo              largo - larquísimo          feliz(happy) - felicímo
elegante - elegantísimo        difícil - dificilísimo
*-ísimo always needs an accent

-Adverbs usually form their superlatives with muy(very) or extremadamente(extremely)
Hablan muy rápidamente.    They speak very quickly.

-Muchísimo(very much), poquísimo(very little)
Los chicos estudian muchísimo para el examen.   The boys are working very hard for the exam.
Aquí la gente trabaja poquísimo.   Here, people work very little.
