스페인어 동사 : 영어의 Be동사 쯤? Ser & estar

스페인어에는 영어에 Be동사와 유사한 동사가 2개 있다.

그 두 동사 사이에는 미세한 차이가 있겠지만...(지금은 모르기에... 패스... 보충 예정)

ser와 estar가 그 것인데.

ser는 불규칙 변화,

estar는 그나마 규칙변화 한다고 생각하면 쉬울 것이다.(dar-give 와 같은 변화를 한다.)

Ser와 Estar의 변화표

vosotros	sois	estáis	dáis
ellos, ellas, ustedes	son	están	dán

예문

¿Dont de está usted?     Where are you from?

Soy un hombre muy honrado.     I´m a honest man.

Ser / Estar의 사용구분

'to be'의 의미를 갖는 2개의 동사에도 기본적인 사용구분이 있다.

Ser의 경우, 명사나 대명사가 보어로 쓰일 때, 추상적인 것을 지칭할 때(시간, 게절, 국적)

Soy profesor.       I'm a teacher

Mi madre es enfermera          My mother is a nurse.

Somos estudiantes de inglés    We are students of English.

¿Eres tú, Mariá?                  Is that you, María?

Estar의 경우 물리적인 위치나 존재를 알릴 때.

Madrid está en Espanña           Madrid is in Spain.

Juan está en la universidad.         Juan is at university.

Estory a quí en casa.                 I´m here at home.

¿Dónde están los servicios?           Where are the toilets?
